ご注文いただいた初回の商品は、ご注文の翌月20日に発送いたします。発送は毎月20日に行います。 We will ship your first order on the 20th of the following month after you place your order. We ship orders on the 20th of every month.
10. 返品・交換・キャンセルに関する規定 / Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- 返品・キャンセル：食品という性質上、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルは一切受け付けておりません。 Returns/Cancellations: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or cancellations for customer convenience.
- 不良品・破損：商品到着時に著しい破損がある場合は、到着後3日以内に写真とともにご連絡ください。確認後、返金にて対応いたします。 Defective/Damaged Goods: If products arrive significantly damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will issue a refund upon verification.
