サブスクリプション/Subscriptions
When you sign up for a subscription, your products will be delivered regularly starting the following month.

Your payment information is securely stored, and you will be billed every month starting from the date of purchase.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email includes a link to the order page, where you can manage your subscription settings. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your Lucky Japan Box subscription at any time.

If you cancel before your box has been shipped (shipping occurs on the 20th of each month), you will receive a full refund for that month's payment.

If you cancel after your box has been shipped, no refund will be issued for that shipment.

To cancel, please log in to your customer account and manage your subscription from there.

定期購入にお申し込みいただくと、翌月から定期的に商品をお届けいたします。

お支払い情報は安全に保管され、ご購入日から毎月請求が行われます。

定期購入はいつでも解約または変更が可能です。ご注文確認メールには注文ページへのリンクが記載されており、そこから定期購入の設定を管理することができます。

キャンセル・返金ポリシー

Lucky Japan Boxのサブスクリプションはいつでも解約できます。

発送前（毎月20日より前）に解約した場合、その月の請求分を全額返金します。

発送後（毎月20日以降）に解約した場合、その月分の返金は行いません。

解約はカスタマーアカウントからお手続きください。
